With a successful career spanning over 40 years, including 26 years as a supportability engineer in the Canadian Army and 14 years as a Human Resources specialist in the Department of National Defence, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my coaching practice.

As a subject matter expert in organizational design and job classification services for executive positions in the Federal Public Service, my expertise is unmatched. However, it is my passion for supporting and learning from others that truly sets me apart.

In my free time, I enjoy a wide range of hobbies, including curling, reading, gardening, knitting, kayaking, hiking, camping, and spending time with my children and grandchildren.

Recently, I completed the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University and have fallen in love with coaching. My coaching style is rooted in a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the executive world, and I am committed to guiding my clients towards achieving their goals.
