8-Week iRest Meditation Course

iRest, short for Integrative Restoration, is a research-based meditation practice that combines the ancient teachings of yoga nidra with modern psychology and neuroscience. Developed by Dr. Richard Miller, iRest is used worldwide to help individuals:

- Reduce stress and anxiety

- Improve sleep quality

- Enhance emotional resilience

- Cultivate a sense of well-being and inner peace

Over eight weeks, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Each weekly session includes:

-  Guided Meditations:  Experience deeply relaxing practices that promote healing and restoration.

-  Interactive Discussions:  Engage with the instructor and fellow participants to share insights and ask questions.

-  Practical Exercises:  Learn techniques to integrate mindfulness into your everyday activities.

I will be offering a new course each month, starting in December. Cost: $200.
